Returning Merchandise

Is it possible to return an order?

Yes, it is possible.

If you are not satisfied with the products ordered, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within the legal period of 14 days from the date you receive the goods, without providing any reason.

Additionally, as part of our commercial policy, we accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided that the conditions below are met.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must include all parts and accessories.

  • The product must not show excessive signs of use, beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

  • Products requiring specific hygiene conditions must be clean and unused.

  • The customer is responsible for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to check its functioning.

  • We reserve the right to charge the customer the direct return shipping costs.

  • The refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

  • Products that are damaged, incomplete, or returned without meeting the required conditions may result in a partial refund or refusal of refund.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the above conditions.

Return Procedure

If your order meets the conditions listed above, please follow these steps:

Your email must include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Customer full name

  • Customer address

  • A clear statement indicating your intention to return the order

  • A photo of the product (only if it is defective)

After receiving your request, we will provide you with the return address.

⚠️ Never return a product without contacting our customer service first.

Cancellation / Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following conditions if they are a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receive the final product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly of your decision (for example by email).

Order Cancellation

You have 24 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation.

After this period, the order is processed and cannot be canceled before shipment.

Orders in Transit

Some products may be shipped from international warehouses, which may result in longer delivery times.

If the order is already in transit, we kindly ask you to receive the package and then exercise your right of withdrawal according to this policy.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery costs offered during the order.

The refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products to our warehouse located outside the European Union.
