If we fail to deliver your order by the estimated delivery date, you will receive a $5 credit within 48 hours after that date. This credit will be issued via email in the form of a promo code that can be used on your next order. If you cannot find your code, please contact us.

✓ Lost Package Insurance

Most of our orders include a tracking number. In case a package is lost, we may ask you to contact the carrier to investigate the package location. If you prefer not to contact the carrier, you can opt for our insurance and we will resend your order without investigating the package location.

✓ Reshipment if Package is Damaged

If you receive your package and notice that some items are damaged, you will be asked to provide photographic or video proof. Once we receive the evidence, we will immediately reship your order at no additional cost.

✓ Lost Package – No Tracking Update for 30 Days

If your package is lost and the tracking number shows no updates and the carrier cannot locate it for more than 30 days, we will resend your order.

30-Day Price Adjustment

Items purchased at Harper & Lanes are eligible for our price adjustment policy. Harper & Lanes will refund the price difference if the sale price of the purchased item is reduced within 30 days after your order in the same country and region. You can request a price adjustment refund by contacting us via email.

Items purchased during promotions, with discount codes, or that are no longer in stock may not be eligible for a price adjustment refund. Please note: fees such as shipping, insurance, and other services cannot be included when calculating a price adjustment.
